Return Process

  Log into your account portal and select the 'Request Return' option next to your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Secure Packaging

  Place the device in its original protective packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and peripheral components are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to the exterior of the box, ensuring the original barcode is covered.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days.
